NextEp is a TV show tracking app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
NextEp does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app does not require an account, and there are no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
The app stores the following data locally on your device:
This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud Sync.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your tracked shows, watched episode progress, and settings are stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's key-value storage. This data is synced only between your own devices signed into the same Apple ID. NextEp has no access to your iCloud account or any data synced through it.
NextEp uses the TVMaze API to retrieve TV show information (show details, episode listings, cast, and images). These requests are made directly from your device to TVMaze's servers. No personal information is included in these requests. Please refer to TVMaze's privacy policy for their data practices.
If you enable notifications, the app schedules local notifications on your device to alert you when episodes are about to air. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and are not sent through any external server.
NextEp does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
